A history of Culinary Brilliance

I'm Stewart Neighbour, the mastermind behind Stewart’s Catering and Consulting, and boy, do I have a story to tell.

It all started with my apprenticeship under the wing of Sam Pinzone  who has Two Chefs Hats awarded by Gault and Millau, at Warrenmang Vineyard Resort. After honing my skills, I teamed up with Sam to tackle various restaurant start-ups across Melbourne, including the legendary rebirth of The Grand Hotel Warrandyte.


I’ve cheffed in Daylesford, Port Fairy with the Frangos & Frangos group, running their restaurants, and then trendy cafes like Leroys in Newport, The Pickers Union, and Woodhouse in Geelong. Now, with Stewart’s Catering and Consulting, I’m ready to bring all of my experience and creativity straight to your table.

While I've got a love for French/Asian fusion, I also love cooking with a twist of Middle Eastern vibes and American BBQ

I’m always up for trying out new culinary quests, along with the excitement of researching new techiniqes and flavor profiles.
